I love Popeyes and their food, but I can't say the same about the staff at this location. They don't speak good English, don't really treat you as a person, and tend to nod off and laugh while you're right there waiting for your order. Additionally, they take too long to make any orders. Don't even bother ordering your food online or through their app—they won't make your order until you show up. This wouldn't be a big deal, but the issues I mentioned earlier don't make the experience any better or easier. Read moreThis is a very slow Popeyes and they're not even short-staffed! The workers aren't rude or disrespectful; they just work like they didn't get enough sleep. There's always a good 5-7 people waiting for their food every time I step foot regardless of the time.
I mobile-ordered the new 6-piece wings and they didn't even start my order when I got there 10 minutes later. Upon opening the package, I was disappointed. You would assume the wings would be drenched with the sauce but they were lazy with the preparation.
