Terrible service party of three here, while ordering our food i was showing the waitress what i wanted to get for my little brother i pointed exactly to what he wanted she rudely told me that "thats extra, thats not what the order comes with", her tone was so rude ALL THREE OF US AT THE TABLE WERE SHOCKED! i looked at her and i was like "its ok we have money" i was in my gym clothes so maybe she thought it was ok to speak to me that way.
I decided not to order anything after that and just let my little bro and my wife get their food and try out ihop for the first time, they liked the food no complaints, their food wasnt hot or cold either, dont know how fresh it was, but it wasnt bad, so again no complaints.
Now the biggest problem we had was when we contact the manager to let him know how rude the waitress was he completely flat out lies and says he checked the camera and heard the entire conversation and she was not rude and that i was completely wrong and took everything the wrong way and it was my fault, and saying that i had money was completely unnecessary. And that he knew about the issue, and if it was really serious i would've gone to him and said something and not sit there with family and let them finish their meal. Meanwhile there are three people at the table not including myself that all say the same thing she was completely rude and her tone was extremely condescending.
The manager did absolutely nothing to make the situation better, the waitress comes out to the main entrance and says that she was not rude, i tell her yes you were to me and she starts crying. and now the manager says i made her cry ARE YOU SERIOUS?
So lets get this straight 3 people tell you a waitress is rude, You defend the waitress and TELL THE PAYING CUSTOMERS! they are wrong and they are the reason the issue occurred, even though we just calmly ate, and left calmly to speak outside to the manager.
The manager knew about the situation and did not come to our table to ask us if we needed anything and if there was a problem with the waitress. he blames us for not going to him earlier. and if it was really a problem thats what we would have done his words. So let me get this straight, you expect every customer will run to you after a problem? WHY NOT DO YOUR JOB AND BE PROACTIVE SO NEGATIVE REVIEWS WONT GOT UP?
the guy is completely incompetent, he actually welcomed the bad review coming his way, And said his boss will talk to him and hell explain it his way anyway with a smile.
To the owner of that ihop get rid of that manager he will ruin your business look at all your negative reviews, he does not care about the customers. the number one key to success in all restaurants is customer service.

I recently came here and got to experience their all new outdoor patio seating that has been constructed in their second parking lot. There are coverings to provide shade over the majority of the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and wear masks and gloves. All the seating was spaced out and each table has a special guard at the end of it to add additional separation and protection. The utensils are individually wrapped and single use cups and plates are provided.
My main complaint are the bugs. I expected to experience some bugs due to the outdoor seating; that’s a given, but what my real issue was that there were a decent amount of yellow jacket bees flying around that made themselves all too comfortable at and around the tables. Even after we were ordered a repellent candle for our table the bees were still flying next to us and on the table. I was dining with my small child so I was extremely worried about the bees harmful and stinging us (thankfully that did not happen).
Overall we had a nice dining experience.

I was so glad when this location was opened. It stacks up pretty evenly with other locations in the area however the restaurant is a bit smaller compared to others. There's a parking lot but isn't the biggest and can get cramped during peak hours. Read moreThe manager on duty was rude and unpleasant. She refused to give me my refund,but try to offer me store credit. She was not wearing a hair net and I found a hair in my drink. This is why I wanted my refund because the cashier Christopher just filled my cup to the top when he took it to the back. He alledge that he thought I said I had air in my cup, in which makes no sense. That's when I asked for the manager. Christopher gets the manage and explain the situation in which he thought I said I had air in my cup. I proceeded to ask for my refund and the manager replied we do not do refunds. Then she proceeded to offer me store credit. Being that I do not shop there often, I refused and then asked for my refund.
