KFC — Restaurant in New York

I find the staff to be so nice, professional and very helpful. The place is clean , the staff keeps things in order and they get your order together quickly and correct. If, there is something not correct with your order ,they will correct it without a problem . If they do not have something it is because they ran out of it. I noticed how the staff interact with customers while I was there ,they are very respectful, pleasant, attentive in taking your order and they repeat your order to you to make sure they got it right. The food is fresh, hot, cooked correctly and made well. That Mac & cheese is so good , the Coleslaw is just right and the biscuits are made right. The owner of this KFC , needs to know that you have great workers ,they work together very well and they work hard. They earned more than 5 stars with me, they earned a sincere thank you from me and your service to me was greatly appreciated !!!!!!! If you are trying to lose weight, good luck going in here, there chicken sandwich is very good , the chicken is meaty and moist. Whatever chicken order you get from here ,it will be cooked correctly, good to your tastebuds and you will be back for more !!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 to the staff and you made my trip by 2 buses on a very hot summers day worth it 😎😎. I placed an order for pickup and what a dumb plan this turn out to be. I get to the drive thru on time and I'm told to come in because it's not ready....Hence, what was the point of ordering in advance. Nothing complicated, chicken meal, a bowl meal, and a desert. Had I went thru the drive thru and ordered I would've gotten my food like so many others I watched come and go. Now, the setup inside is plain stupid. You're going to have all pickups line up next to the self service soda machine? Everyone was in each other's way. The two worker's I dealt with there were terrible. The worst is when you're dealing with someone who does not want to be working there. His attitude alone was worthy of being sent home, personally permanently. The girl at the register, awful. Talk about she should never have a position of authority because my bag being on the other side was all she needed to flex. I have good vision and can see my order sitting there. Mr. don't want to work there won't call it and is elsewhere living in his foul mood. And when the girl finishes with her customer I ask her if she can hand me my bag. She proceeds to tell me it's there, ready, and to wait that she'll get it in a minute. Mind you, it's about 10 ft away. And if it wasn't for the manager telling her to give it to me, I'm not sure how long she was going to make me wait. 3 seconds....Is all I need as a manager there and these two would be putting applications at BK down the block. We just had an experience that was very unpleasant. I went to have dinner with my family and my younger son had to go to the bathroom, when he went inside there was a bit of water on the floor and an employee of the place made an assumption that we were looking for an accident there for an economic compensation and slammed the bathroom door at which my Husband responded asking why she was acting that way, we only needed for our younger son to go to the bathroom. The employee got aggressive, insulted my husband saying he was drunk and drugged. My husband wasn’t drunk or drugged, he doesn’t even smoke. We were just trying to have a dinner with our three kids. This out of mind employee challenged my husband to go outside to fight, I don’t know what she has in her mind, how does she think she can fight with a man. SHE IS A WOMEN! I DONT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS THINKING! But the star of the night was the manager that shined with her absence. We expected that she would atleast come out and calm her employee and talk to us about what happened and she didn’t even appear. They should not hire these type of people. How is it possible that they treat clients like that. We were really considering calling the police and filing a report about this situation but we had to meet with a compromise and didn’t have the time to do all that. I hope they do something about it because this employee who I didn’t see her name but she was clearly from Puerto Rico, she shouldn’t work in a place like this if she doesn’t know how to respect people.
