Terrible experience. Paid $87 twice for 2 hours on Sunday. My recent experience at this Parking Garage was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I parked there for just two hours and ended up feeling completely taken advantage of. First and foremost, I was overcharged for my parking session. To make matters worse, I was double-charged on my credit card, which caused unnecessary hassle and inconvenience.

The pricing policy at this Parking Garage is exorbitant, to say the least. Charging $85 for just two hours of parking is outrageous and unacceptable. This excessive fee far exceeds what is reasonable for any parking facility, especially considering the standard rates in the area.

Furthermore, the customer service provided when I attempted to resolve these issues was lackluster at best. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and were unable to promptly rectify the overcharge and double billing. This added to my frustration and wasted even more of my time.

I can't express my disappointment and "off-putting-costumer" behavior of the staff there, and especially the Bold Elderly dude who was as rude as one could be!!! - and his silence and decision not to communicate is rather the losing business one! I've been coming for weeks with a non-issue and now this guy shows up and suddenly "my vehicle is too big"?? In the last 2 weeks my vehicle "grew" to a point that it can't be accepted - and I'm paying for the 2h I needed, AND the ground floor was empty, only 2 Tesla's!! If I could give "minus" points, I would. First, Don't go there if your car is bigger than a Tesla 3, or simply avoid the garage all together and 2nd, if anyone from the garage office is reading this- I would carefully choose my staff with paying attention, especially to communication skills!!...

I picked up my car brand new Tesla just a few hours before and left it there over a Friday night and picked it up the next evening. On Sunday morning, after it was only in my driveway overnight I notice 2 knife scratches on my steering wheel, 1 on top and the other on the bottom. The only possible way they could have gotten there was from someone on the garage. I would never use that lot and recommend to avoid it unless u want your car damaged for absolutely no reason.
