I cannot tell you how much I LOVED my experience here! A friend from the West Coast recommended you guys to me, and I'm just so grateful.

Much more affordable than other places I was looking into - and just a really comprehensive, professional, warm, friendly environment!

I was skeptical about IV services in general - but was immediately calmed and put at ease when I saw how hands-on Restore is when it comes to working with nurse practitioners and nurses to make sure that their clients are all clear before receiving the IV treatment.

The general manager at US (1 wish I remembered her name, she was so so nice!) gave me a tour after I finished my treatment, and was so thoughtful to point out treatments that could be great for me specifically. I can't recommend Restore enough (I'm sure all the locations are great - but the women at the US location are just so wonderful!)

Will definitely be coming back, and am strongly considering a membership! Oh and as for the IV drip itself --- had me feeling like a person again in no time after a stomach bug/dehydration that had me feeling weaker than I ever have in my life (and I literally just had COVID a month ago, I think this dehydration was almost worse!) Just 20 minutes with the express IV had me feeling like myself again.

Literally I have nothing at all negative to say about this experience. 5 stars. So detailed and thorough and lovely.

They even warned me that I might smell or taste B complex vitamins while getting my IV infusion - and gave me mints to avoid that sensation. Like, how thorough is that??! Please go see for yourself.

Anabel gave me the most amazing premium facial with a neck and décollete add-on! It was 15 or 20 minutes of cleansing massage followed by a long, complete, inch by inch and multi-layered Hydra facial followed by red light followed by more serums being infused and then a final massage, even relaxing my neck!! While under the red light, even my hands were massaged! Not only did Anabel know how to keep a customer for life but she was very educated and knowledgeable about different kinds of products that I should be using at home. She didn't try to sell me up - she just informed me what would be best for my skin. Bottom line, if you want to go to a med spa type place like this for a treatment, that's one thing. Update: The manager reached out and invited me to return. This visit was lovely - no long wait times and friendly staff. I’ve updated the rating on an interim basis as I’d like to reserve a higher rating for after my next visit, which will be a normally scheduled visit at some point in the future and won’t be under the direct supervision of the manager.

This place is crazy. I’ve been to the UES location several times with no issue but I decided to give this location a try today for a walk-in IV (which they take, and took others while I was there.)
