DO NOT GO HERE FOR MENS HAIRCUT!!!!!! Save yourself a headache and dont go here for mens haircut. My husband just got a hair cut here and he showed the stylist the picture and described what he wanted. But instead she decided to do whatever she wanted. Horrible! And when I asked her, how could she cut it like this and she said it was a “miscommunication”. The heck? How do you have miscommunication when my husband showed pictures he wanted?! So embarrassed to even go outside! And she got all money when we the client clearly expressed concerns and complaints!! Never ever go here! If I had a choice to put negative stars I would! The stylist had a long brown hair with pointy eyeliner. Do not ask for a service from this lady! My poor husband now has to wear a hat for few weeks. This place is HORRIBLE!!!

I see that she posted a reply to my review. First of all I never said I was a hairstylist, I told her that I did cut my husbands hair during Covid due to the close downs and looked much better and I am not professional. It seems like she doesnt listen plus she doesnt understand people’s request lol. And I am not a third party, I am the wife and my husband feels exactly the same as I do about this horrible haircut and I am posting a review for both of us. Honestly I would post the picture but I am not as my husband requested to not put pics. If you make mistakes own up to it! Dont say you didnt. Shes busy blaming the customer instead of owning up to the bad result. All our family and friends were so shocked when they saw my husbands hair. And people leave negative reviews for reason, please go and look at your 1 star reviews. She also said the haircut my husband requested was not her style, so why do people pay and go to professional for the service? Hairstylist should carefully listen and look at the photo she's provided and try to satisfy customers needs. I paid for the horrible cut and try to called it a day. But it is my freedom to express and share my experience. I would not recommend this salon by the service received and especially the reply to this review. Very unprofessional. I did a magic perm and keratin treatment. My appointment was honored and the owner seemed good about pricing for additional service. The perm wasn't left to process, I had to ask one of the stylist to at the very least comb my hair with the chemical in it (they should know that, same as with coloring or when applying any liquid product); it got washed out immediately and when it was blow dried, it stilI was in its natural ethnic state. After the keratin, it turned out straight (I've seen ethnic hair straight just from the perm without keratin). I still am afraid to blowdry after a wash because the perm; I've had it washed and roller set, then flat ironed and it remains straight. My stylist (this must have been her first time but I was OK with it because my hair was unprocessed. I will be picky next time since its now chemically treated) had to be reminded by other staff to put the product on my roots, unfortunately, my edges remained untreated after the process due to failure to apply the product as was done in other sections of my hair. It's inconvenient to have to deal with that everyday. Five (5) people attended to me, whic was overwhelming. However, at one point, when it got very busy, no one was available to work on my hair and I had to get someones attention and they resumed the process. I must say, the lady that flat ironed my hair did an excellent job! I want her to do it the next time I go there but I don't know her name. I was pleased with my trim as well. Overall, my hair is straight like I wanted. The service itself is three (3 stars) but I added a star because the owner cares about...

the girl with short blonde hair was so nice to me and got my hair done only in two hours! Although I got japanese and brazilian treatment which was supposed to take longer, she got it done fast and nicely. My hair looks amazing!!! I was afraid the outcome will look worse after I was my hair but no, it looks even better! It's shiny, silky and doesn't look damaged anymore! I'm so in love with it... At first I thought 300$ would be a little too much for the treatment but after I saw the results I don't regret anything. Everybody in the salon was very friendly and helpful. The salon itself was super clean and modern. My hairstylist was there with me at all times and didn't keep disappearing like at other places. Which helped me leave the salon in half a time with flawless results!!!! Thanks to that sweet blonde who did my hair, I'll be back in two months for keratin treatment ;) Nice...
