I originally came to this place because it had just opened across the street from my friend’s house. We stopped in for the first time just a couple days ago. The first time we came in we were immediately greeted and sat. We ordered some shrimp summer rolls and two House Special Pho soups. They brought over some fantastic green tea that is brewed fresh judging by the taste and served hot. We received bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, and limes for our soups.
Just to note:They offer Jalapeños on request which personally I loved because some places I’ve been to don’t offer them at all
Our soup was fantastic. It was hot and flavorful, their hot sauce was the perfect add on as it made the soup thicker and not incredibly too spicy.
We are back again today where we were served by the sweet waitress by the name of Vivian. She remembered us from a couple days prior and immediately brought us some tea. We felt so welcomed ! We tried the mixed seafood pho which was very good. Had Shrimp Summer Rolls once again and we even tried the Thai Tea which was also amazing!
Overall our experience here is super welcoming, great prices, great food, and exceptional service!
Thank you Vivian for the amazing dining...
Read moreFirst time here based on friend’s recommendation. It was just ok. I ordered the summer rolls. The summer roll nicely prepared. Unfortunately, another sauce, nothing like peanut sauce, was provided. As I didn’t like how it looked, I ate the summer rolls without sauce so it wasn’t enjoyable. Next, I had the vermicelli. It was nicely presented and had great taste. The shrimp was over cooked to a point whey were rolled up and hard/tough. Lastly, I had the pad thai. Great taste and presentation. This time, the shrimp weren’t overcooked but they had zero taste. I had to eat them separately with some sweet Thai chili sauce. The online ordering wasn’t available for over 30 minutes. When I arrived I clearly said my name and she said they didn’t have my order. I turned and saw my name with my order and pointed to it. The price were ok but since nothing was prepared satisfactorily, it was just ok. If in the area, I may try again. Since I had to travel a distance, Probably...
Read moreThe service is great but I can’t say the same for the food. I ordered crispy spring rolls, grilled pork chop over rice, beef cubes over rice, and a pho just to try the soup base. All three dishes were bland. The beef and pork chop needed more flavoring. At least the pork chop had sauce on the side, but it still didn’t help the dish taste better. The beef had no sauce and on its own, it definitely needed more flavor. The pho soup did not taste like pho compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I have visited. It looked turbid. I’m unsure of what the soup base was. I have definitely smelled and tasted it before in Chinese restaurants. It is not true pho, but for the price I did get a lot of meat. I ordered tri color ice and it was mainly string jelly, shaved ice and condensed milk on top of the ice. I guess I was expecting rainbow ice with jelly, red beans, etc. Hard pass on revisiting this place since there are definitely other Vietnamese restaurants that are...
