我真是觉得自己是被针对的！我对 Kasuga Beauty 非常失望。我原本想预约8月8日进行眼部水光和黑金光子两个项目。然而我被告知只能做黑金光子，因为工作人员已经调去新店，无法在法拉盛分店提供眼部水光服务。我已经尽量配合，甚至表示两个店我都可以去。更糟糕的是，虽然我已经预付并购买了套餐，但却被告知两个分店现在是独立运营，充值金额和套餐不通用。对于一直支持他们的老客户来说，这真的非常不方便也不公平。整个预约过程混乱、不一致，感觉完全是在浪费我的时间。最后我甚至无法完成我原本预订的完整服务。说实话，作为一家专业机构，我原本期待的是更好的沟通和客户服务。
