Such a great first experience with karaoke. The staff were so nice and attentive, and the food was very delicious! I thought that the food portions were going to be smaller but they definitely were good sizes for the price once we ordered them. The song selection is extremely up to date, having new songs like Jungkookās āSevenā, and Yoasobiās āIdolā, as well as a great variety of songs from various countries. There is definitely enough English songs for those not familiar with other language songs. They might be missing some more obscure songs, but I personally was able to find 99% of the songs that I wanted to sing; if the song was popular at any point in time they most likely have it! As of August 6th, 2023 they still offer a 25% discount all day as well as a 50% room discount during happy hour (before 8pm). Pricing works by having a flat fee for the first hour (after happy hour is about $29), and then you are charged per minute after that. The system is in Korean, but is extremely easy to use. If you are unsure how to use it, the staff is available to explain the instructions, super simple! I will definitely be coming back to this place...

I called them to ask if they had private rooms, parking, etc, and they answered, yes to all of my questions. We were able to park right behind the building in a safe parking spot, and when we walked in, we were impressed by their decor and the lighting of K-pop. It was very clean, very fun, and very festive. We were able to immediately be put into our own private karaoke room and we had so much fun, singing, and dancing. The service was great. The gentleman who brought us into our room showed us how to use the remote and it was pretty easy to navigate on our own afterwards. I had called earlier to make sure the price was as they told me even with some extra people, there was no mention of this increase. I was obviously disappointed and trying to figure out what we could do. I understand there are rules, but not once did he take responsibility for the miscommunication, and instead called me rude and said I was harassing him. I was stern but apologetic to him, and was met with a defensive and patronizing attitude . I liked the business, and there were circumstances that made this unique, but there was no reason to have that kind of behavior towards me or anyone.
