I’m writing to express my deep disappointment and concern following a disturbing experience my son and I had at your store today.

Upon entering, we were immediately made to feel unwelcome by an older female employee who confronted my young son, accusing him of dropping a toy. This accusation was completely unfounded, and it was clear that she had no factual basis for her assumption. Her tone and manner were accusatory and inappropriate, and instead of offering assistance or allowing us to browse in peace, she proceeded to follow us throughout the store as though we were criminals.

This behavior was not only offensive, but it was deeply unsettling — especially for my son, who was visibly confused and hurt by the accusation. We felt targeted and discriminated against for no valid reason, and the employee’s attitude made it clear that we were not welcome.

I want to stress that we were simply browsing — as any customer would — and had no interaction with any products other than looking. I informed the employee that her assumption was both incorrect and inappropriate, and I told her directly that I was unhappy with the way we were treated as we exited the store.

This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business. I have been a returning customer in the past, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting your store. It's a disgraceful reflection of what should be a safe and welcoming environment, especially for families and children.

If this were my business, I would seriously reconsider the behavior and suitability of the staff representing it. I urge you to investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to any other customer.
