For starters, they only take cash. Got no cash? Your problem. Think the "Ocean Block" with beach picture is on the beach? Your problem. No hot water, no A/C (and loud music 'til 3am when you open the windows), no table to sit more than 1 person at a time - all of that your problem. Unhappy about any of the above and say so? Your BIG problem (they cancel your reservation so you can't report the experience and warn other unfortunates to stay away). The one positive thing about it - it's clean. That's what earned the one star...

This guy is dishonest and trying to scam people. Read all the reviews posted on him. He demands cash and has claimed that people did not check in and make them pay double. He also does not give receipt for your proof of payment. If you still decide to book with him be cautious and make sure you take pictures of your transaction and proof of stay. Also keep an eye on your credit card because he will try to charge you extra. Or if you really want to be smart JUST DONT BOOK...

It was the filthiest property I've ever seen with no cover drain, full of black mould and dirty marks everywhere, the smell is horrible too, holes in the floor, dirty linen and towels. Was told on arrival had to pay cash, then they tried to charge my card too, then cancelled my booking so j couldn't leave review on booking.com... I had to leave 2 nights earlier and paid agsin for another hotel as I couldn't risk my family's health. Stay away from...
