I went there for color it was nice then I went for keratin treatment they give me two choices between one non harmful one that doesn't have formaldehyde cus it's not good to smell it and it's take frizz of ur hair but doesn't make it streight and other one that has formaldehyde but makes it too Streight.. I choose the one that makes it so streight it was 250$ i wanted to be comfortable with my hair in summer I did it and after first shower my hair was same as as before nothing change curly wavy hair .. I took picture to prove that was two days after treatment I went back after while to place and show it to owner he said he can't give me refund he can do it again for me and charge me only 80$ for products ..I told them it's not about money I would pay full price for next time but I should get refund for service that I paid 250$ for and didn't get .. Just to feel that u care about ur customers and they don't .. I should get my money back befor anything ..again itsnot about the money I already did it again and paid 200 at other place and it's great .. It's about idea of respecting ur customers.. Then owner told me that he take Usualy 300$ and he gave me special price at that point I was like no that didn't happened I ask how much unsaid 250$ I paid and left it's not like negotiations.. I wish there were nice and dos right thing to me cus I do my hair a lot and it's close by my house and j have a lot of friends that I wanted to recommend to now for...

This place is amazing. Gadi is amazing. He really takes the time to explain everything and also teaches you about your own hair. I mean he really does smile as he cuts your hair that shows how passionate he is. Also, before he does anything he ask you what you want to be done and gives you ideas as well. He takes your thoughts into consideration. He did give me a lot of educational advice regarding my hair. He really does take his time and he’s so good at it. The salon is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly and greet you with a nice smile. They also have complementary which I thought was really nice. I seriously love the service. And Gadi is my go to man. You won’t regret it. Trust me. It was a bit pricey, but honestly it was worth it. Because Gadi has passion for what he does, and really takes his time and thinks everything through before doing anything to your hair. You can’t beat that. I will be definitely going back in January. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a TERRIBLE experience there yesterday. At first there were a few minor inconveniences and unprofessional actions that I let slide because I thought the quality of the work would be worth it. I had several reference pictures of the blonde ombré color I was expecting, instead I got random strands of brown and “blonde” all over my head like highlights (although I was VERY specific that I didn’t want highlights). I use the word blonde loosely because the front actually came out GREEN while the back of my hair is made up of all WHITE. I look like a Halloween monster and was robbed $150+ Tip. I cried when I saw myself in the mirror.Now I have to pay extra to go get it fixed. If you are planning on going there, I hope it’s not...
