Wanted to try this out with my sister so we both booked a trial class. We were running late and I made the effort to text in advance and ask if that would be okay bc I didnāt want to interrupt the class. We were told it was fine and to just come on in. She would have us set up quickly. When we got there the secretary was so so sweet. She was so kind and helped us get oriented. As soon as we went in to join the class the instructor comes out and is like, verbatim, āI canāt do this, I canāt do thisā with the nastiest attitude and harshest tone. If she had been like Iām sorry guys but after 10min itās best if you reschedule to get the full experience. Like idk something professional? Isnāt Pilates supposed to be peaceful? Idk what that instructors problem was. I completely understand that we were late, fine more than happy to reschedule. But donāt ever talk to clients that way? Like maybe her disgustingly bleached burnt hair soaked into her brain cells and made her forget what proper professional communication is? Situation happened where my mom was diagnosed with cancer which I had to freeze my account because now I would have to devote my time to be with my mom. After freezing my account this studio Deducted twice on two different occasions from checking account the monthly passport fee.i was refunded one time!!!second time I was so called mistakenly sent a form to close my account as Iām corresponding to a text message from an employee to fill out the freeze form which I signed and sent back which I exchanged words with that employee stating Iām also having surgery which is why Iām not able to attend ALSO for the time being.. couple days after almost 300.00 was taken out of my checking accountā¦.i was told to email the manager so it can be RECTIFIED ,which I did. The manager responded she is not able to freeze my account and she closed my account!!!she also put in for a refund which Iāll receive in 5-10 business days!!! A month now and still no refund !!! Reached out to both management and club park slope who send me a invoice that was edited to say I was refunded and also at the same time says I have ZERO BALANCE I GUESS THEY FORGOT TO EDIT...

They then asked me my availability and I asked what dates were available. I booked the date 2 weeks in advance as they told me that was the next availability they had for into classes. I then heard nothing back from them after the confirmation. I reached out 2 days prior to my scheduled class to confirm, and was told I was put on the waitlist. How are you going to put me on a waitlist after confirmation? I never asked for an intro class, it was offered to me prior to signing up. Not only was I put on a waitlist, I was not made aware until I reached out. Well, they said they would reach out to let me know status, and I never heard back.
