Halal Munchies — Restaurant in New York

This halal restaurant is unexplainably one of the greatest places to eat fried foods in Brooklyn. The service is beyond amazing. The staff is the nicest I have ever seen when it comes to customer service; halal munchies is #1. This establishment should be on your bucket list of places to eat in Brooklyn. The owner is very nice. I never had a bad experience when I go here. I go here weekly and their lemon pepper wings with blue cheese are to do die for. I uploaded pictures to show the world. The fries are seasoned to perfection and the crunchiest and scrumdiliumptious. I would 100% recommend you go here at least once in your lifetime and mark my word you will not be disappointed. I had their philly cheesesteak and their chicken cheesesteak sandwich as well as their mixed gyro meat platter with rice and fries. Unpopular opinion: Halal food should not have brick and mortars. Some things belong on dirty carts and trucks. The food was so bland and flavorless. I thought I had covid, I couldn’t taste anything. This place uses bright lighting and nice food presentation, along with great customer service. To distract from the bad food. I got the chicken over rice, two chicken gyros, and some chicken wings. I didn’t see them cook the chicken l. No onions no peppers no knife tonight the chicken up. Nothing. They took away from the experience of halal. The gyros were massive but lacked any personality and the only thing that made it look nice was the Arabic salad. My chicken wings was drenched in halal hot sauce. (That was my fault). But literally lacked any flavor whatsoever so ever. It’s like. ….Hot doesn’t have to mean flavorless.

I was drunk out of my mind and had to walk back and get a refund.

Just stick to the carts if you want halal food....

Mehdi, Zakaria, Zein, Othman these guys are amazing and the food is so good! I came in here last night after leaving the bar and I had to come back again! Sometimes it’s not about the food in which I can say the food is so good but mehdi Zakarias Zein Othman customer service made me want to come back they have such a welcoming personality! I finished eating my food and I sat here for another 10 mins cause I love their energy! Listen man things has been rough in this world sometimes you gotta take in the love and anything you know is coming from the heart. This is an amazing place!
