Sam from Installkitch did my kitchen project in 2024. He was absolutely wonderful to work with - very responsive, always responded immediately or within hours, gave really accurate time estimates and finished the work within the time frame quoted. He coordinated delivery and installation from all the different vendors and came back for adjustments when needed. His team worked really well too - arrived on time, worked efficiently, respected the condos regulations and cleaned up daily so I could use my home in the evenings. Before I began the project I had heard bad stories about working with contractors in NYC, specifically being hard to reach after begining, bad planning or delays in a project midway etc., and the extensive disruptions involved during large renovations, so I was pleasantly surprised and delighted that working with Sam was such a breeze. Sam and his team were absolutely amazing in installing a replacement for my kitchen due to some crazy weather damage i had to remedy. I say that to note that it was already a stressful situation for me, and I really needed to work with a contractor that I could trust and that would be reliable to get my FORM kitchen installed properly. Needless to say, the final result is stunning, and I have never really enjoyed my space more.
