Cotton Candy Clowns — Local services in New York

There was not much light with the clown. Showed all tricks and unactractive. My wife only said she is bad. I felt she could have done better. I'm 50/50 with her performance, my wife is -50 with her so definitely I won't be hire them for the future. $200 waited there, the only good thing out of there it was the face painting. She got a bit late to the party which it was fine for me since I didn't have all the children there but it is still unprofessional to be late on a contract with time and date. She stood a bit longer but honestly I rather a show full of fun for 1 hour than to have and 1 1/2 of worthless effort. Updated 03/11/2019, management called me to find out what had happened. Very polite and professional, just by the management approach and attentive to individual concern. I might be willing to overlook this recent experience and give them a second change in June which is my baby...

I hired this company for my sons 3rd birthday which by the way my son is autistic the service provided was trouble and the clown/super why came at 3:45PM when I was asked by the company if the time could be pushed from 3pm to 2:30 pm due to the company over booking I had informed my guess to be on time I had alot of kids waiting for the clown that should have arrived at 2:30pm. The clown started packing up his things at 5:00pm and was ready to leave till I had inform him that he did not complete the 2 hours I had hired him for. The entertainer hired for my son’s birthday party did an amazing job.! Peter the owner was flexible with the last minute changes that occurred with the party. He came as requested as a clown, and interacted well with the guests at the party. Having him there made the birthday party event so special, and absolute success! The children and the adults enjoyed the magic show, animal balloons, cotton candy and face painting. He was friendly and amazing to work with. We loved having him!
