Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in New York

I made a reservation for 17 people. Half of the reservation got there at 8pm. I got there at 8:23pm. The table was literally inches away from basketball games they have. So people were all over my table. In the span of 23 minutes not one person came to even greet my table. No water, no hellos, nothing. A hostess came to our table (only AFTER we called her) to apologize that the server hasn't came to us. It's now 8:44pm still nothing. I got up and walked to the hostess stand and asked to speak to a manager. It's now 9:05 and NOT ONE PERSON CAME TO OUR TABLE. A second person gets up and ask to speak to a manager. Nothing. It is now 9:23 a 3rd person gets up and asked for the manager. One person we were with had low sugar level she was going to leave, another was pregnant. A nice server over heard the conversation and apologize and told us she would help us. Almost a hour and a half and not even a hello. Only reason we did not leave was because my brother was home from the military for his birthday. And it's hard to accommodate a large party on a Friday night. After the girl takes our order I tell her I wanted to speak with the manager. When he finally comes we're telling him the issue and he's smiling, saying he didn't even know about us. That no one even told him we wanted to speak to him. Are these really the employees BWW hires? It's insane. He asks us if we ordered appetizers. After we told him no he said he will send some out. When the app came out it was in a silver pan. Like one you bake a cake in or something. A bunch of tater tots that you throw in a fryer and throw in a pan. It was more of a 'just give them this so they stop complaining kind of thing'. A male server slams it on the table. Still no utensils, napkins, drinks. The male comes back and is basically throwing the little containers they give to eat to the table. 5 mins passed and STILL nothing to eat with. I got up, walked to the server station and grabbed some napkins. And grabbed ketchup from Other tables. All the ketchups are empty. After we eat with our hands our drinks and food get to the table. It is now 10. The pregnant girl gets her food second to last. The last person got his food after everyone finished eating. We got silverware after we basically finished eating. On top of that the utensils were wet. As In no one bother to even polish it. Ridiculous isn't it? The table next to us left about a hour or so before us. No one even came to clean up the table. It was like if no one cared about the section we were in. We told the server we wanted to sing happy birthday to the birthday boy. She comes with the cake and places it on the table and says happy birthday. In her defense she said everybody was to busy to sing happy birthday but she didn't want the ice cream to melt. At this point we had enough and just asked for the bill. My brother shows his military id to get his discount. Usually they only give 10% to the person in the military. They applied it to the whole bill. I'm not one to write letters or reviews but after everything we went through 10%? When I asked the manager why that's all they could do after everything he replies "well I wasn't suppose to give it to the whole bill but I did" and also told us we could have the desert after we didn't even want it. Half the table works in the hospitality field, I myself am a manager at a restaurant and I would NEVER answer a guest like that. After we got a little more off the bill he gave us two free app's for next time. Who would want to go back after that? Aside from the server EVERYTHING was just horrible. Never will I ever eat at this BWW and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone...

I had the worst service experience at this restaurant ever on Sunday 2/17/19 ,,,, our server Jessie was very inattentive & almost seemed non-chalant wifh her service. When we sat at the table it was bare & had no napkins or utensils. We orderred drinks & appetizers & I also asked for water. After some time she brings the appetizer but the table was still bare with no napkins or drinks or the water I asked for. She kept passing our table multiple times & still didnt bring water or napkins. I got her attention & told her "you brought food but we dont have any drinks or even napkins". Her response was "oh I know .. I'm getting it". However more time passed & still no drinks or napkins . I asked her again & she had the same response "I know". When she finally came back with napkins (still no drinks or water) she proceeded to explain that the appetizers she brought she took from a different table because the other table misordered & she thought she'd bring us the order. At this point I was already annoyed & asked for water for the third time which she again replied "I know". The food was cold & didn't taste fresh & she was for the most part very inattentive & unbothered to check on us or if we needed anything. Also when I orderred a second drink I waited over 20 minutes for it & she kept saying how busy it was and that other drinks were needed to be made first. I will NOT be going here again thanks to Jessie & her mediocre service. Her very unbothered attitude & poor service has turned me off from going here ever again! I should'nt have had to constantly ask for basic things that honestly should've been already there or provided FIRST-HAND. HER responses to me seemed rude & uncalled for & her ridiculous explanations as to why I wasn't getting what I wanted in an even some what timely manner was frankly annoying. Not every one is meant to be a food server however she's a ditect reflection of that establishment & therefore I don't think it's worth it going back. Its really nothing special & its expensive to have to deal with just ok food coupled with subpar service. No thank you & don't bother going here as there are far better places to eat with...

I don’t know what is going on with management in this location, but the service is just getting worse each time. Dining in I never have an issue and it is because if anything goes wrong I can complain then and there, but if it is a to go order forget about it. The order is NEVER correct and I don’t mean once or twice. We literally order maybe 3 or 4 times per month and something always goes wrong. There is also a young skinny boy with braids that works there and I didn’t get his name but he has zero customer service skills. Rude, attitude and very aggressive. Every time I place a to go order over the phone for a pick up I get there and no one is manning the area I have waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and all the while my food is sitting there getting cold. The kids they are hiring get more rowdy and unprofessional each day. Cursing at each other in personal conversations, texting on their phones and arguing in front of the customers. I had to call 5 times and each time be put on hold and forgotten about. They even left the phone off of the hook and I head an entire conversation of them arguing about how busy it was and how annoyed they were. The general manager needs to take a close look at who is running this location. Today was the last straw. I ordered through door dash and half of my order was missing and the other half was prepared so damn sloppy. Wings barely had sauce on them and the chili con queso dip was super watery with barely any chili in it! Mind you we have to pay for the chili now! 2 stars because we love BWW but this location is horrible now. Everyone needs to...
