
I have been a member of this gym for two months now. I do the CircHIIT gym once a week. I consider myself a gym rat but this workout takes my workouts to another level! The coaches are the best of the best! The community of people are supportive and very friendly. The workouts are intense but can be modified to fit every fitness level from beginner to athlete. The individual attention to each member is outstanding. The workouts change each week and you are encouraged to always push to challenge yourself. If you want to take your fitness to the next level, I encourage you to take a class and join this amazing community in our neighborhood. The coaches are experienced and the members never let each other down,is always a motivating environment! I know Coach Chris and Coach Agata for 2 years now, :),i had been trained with them before,they are great! I now met the new coaches Julia,John which are amazing coaches. All of them are very passionate about their work! Who ever trains you,you will be on good hands! I always feel great and accomplished after a crossfit class.Crossfit is for everyone,they have classes for kids too,they even baby sit your kid while you do your workouts :). I was originally afraid that I would just embarrass myself and not be able to keep up with any workouts due to my low fitness level and inexperience with gyms, but my trainer, Ligia, understood I needed to start slow, learn the basics, and all while still pushing me to my limit. Iβm already seeing a difference in my body, my stamina, and how I view gyms and working-out altogether. I never thought Iβd want to keep coming back to workout, but a caring community and trainer have me wanting to push myself more to keep seeing progress! I highly recommend CrossFit...
