I’ve had the pleasure of working with almost all the coaches, and I can honestly say each is professional, engaging, and motivating. Amina, who leads most of the classes I attend on weekends, is a prime example. She is not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also warm, approachable. Amina strikes the perfect balance of energy—pushing you to work harder while ensuring you never feel overwhelmed. The HIIT classes are always dynamic and engaging, and no two classes are alike. They’re very challenging, but in a way that encourages you to push yourself without feeling like you're out of your depth. The energy from both the coach and your fellow gym-goers keeps you motivated. What I appreciate most is how the coaches prioritize safety.
