Toyo Japanese Cuisine — Restaurant in New York

Just ordered food for pickup $20 + value. Upon picking up I've asked the staff if utensils are inside of the bag and I was told they were. Upon returning to my car on my 30 min break and driving back to workplace I've discovered no spoon, no fork no napkins. Wasted break, cold food etc. After calling the place again , staff member stated that i didnt ask for that so i figure he thought i will eat with my bare hands and sip the miso soup from the cup.Poor...

They refused to seat my wife and I with my 3 daughters all under the age of 9 because of vaccine requirements. All of my daughters left crying because we live in Connecticut but are from Middle Village and they havnt had it since we moved and we were in queens and all they wanted to do was eat there.
