I had the most amazing experience shopping at Crown Heights Hosiery! I was looking for a pair of black microfiber tights, and Virginia and Chana Moriya went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Their customer service is exceptional—both were so attentive and knowledgeable, making sure I found the perfect pair of Me Moi tights. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered great suggestions.

The store itself is wonderful, and the atmosphere is so welcoming, thanks to the amazing team of ladies. Naama and Chanie, along with Virginia and Chana, are all so personable and friendly. They make every visit feel special, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s always a pleasure to shop here, as the ladies make you feel right at home. The quality of the products are top-notch too! I love the black microfiber tights I picked out—they’re comfortable, durable, and just the right fit.

I don't know who the owner is, and why they don't care, but the saleswomen here are a procession of rude women, each one worst than the last. For years it was the same two women, who loudly gossiped across the store, complained incessantly, were rude to customers, and groaned if you so much as asked a question.

I haven't seen either of those women around recently, but the replacements are no better. Stony faced, unsmiling, no offers to help and when I finally did get some help, she knew very little about the products and recommended a size that was so way off, I literally couldn't get them on.

Note to self: it might be close, but it's not convenient. Do not return. Even...
