Wish I could give 0 stars Plainly unpleasant - If not for my guest and not wanting to create a scene, I would have called the police over! What they did is illegal !!! By Jewish and state law... we bought a platter of sushi requesting only veggies. Simple right? Instead we got a tray full of vomit flavor seaweed salad stuffed in nearly every roll. - We tried to explain politely it's not what we ordered, Mendel just shrugged his shoulders - he could really care less!

My guest and I ate about 2 rolls from the entire platter and asked to pack the rest to go - what happened next was unbelievable - The nut job in back kitchen packed only the center pieces 9 of them and put in the trash the rest! That is insane....

Out of about 29 Pcs left in the tray when handed to be packed, ONLY 9 PCs were given back to us saying that is it. ( I know it's NOT IT - because we did not eat the seaweed salad rolls about 20 of them, and there was non there!) - A jewish Wild Wild West attitude - The young punk Mendel (at the register refused to tell me the owners name). Pluse the crazy female cook in the kitchen screaming and yelling at me '' you can do the repacking next time'' while throwing the bag at me with the tiny tray.

That is in my Jewish book called THEFT and DECEPTION - unpleasant painfully humiliating experience ! WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!

I will be filling a police report at the 71St. Just so this does not happen to...

The sushi is pretty good considering the restrictions that Kosher religious supervision imposes, thus limiting the available options regarding fish and even mandating nondairy cream cheese. Nevertheless, they have managed to produce a pretty decent variety of choices on their menu, and the sushi, while not the absolute greatest I've ever had, is definitely above average. The service, delivery wise, sometimes can be quick and sometimes can be pretty long. That is when it's delivered. It is absolutely subpar when it comes to in-store customer service and customer treatment. The confusion behind the counter matches the confusion of the mass of consumers trying to make orders or pick up already made orders in orderly fashion, since there is no line just a mass of customers yelling at a mass of confused employees. They can definitely use some organization and some upgrades in-store. Though it is stylish and well-designed, clean, and...

Terrible service! I explained to them that I have serious allergies and they charged me extra to ensure my food was gluten free. I double checked that it was gluten free and they ensured me that it was. They then gave me someone else's order. When I called them to tell them they asked me to send them pictures. It was confirmed that they gave me someone else's order containing gluten. They then agreed to give me partial store credit because part of my order was supposedly gluten free. Store credit doesn't really help because if you can't respect allergies I ain't buying from you again. I'm also not eating the rest of your order for that very same reason! Definitely not buying food...

Decent rolls, but ordered a poke bowl ( for 19 dollars) and was given a speck of salmon, despite what the menu said. Asian man refused to listen to us when we politely requested more fish. Instead, in a bootlegged Jackie chan accent said, “ go somewhere else.” Orthodox young man at the counter also refused a refund when we tried to politely return the poke bowl. Tables were dirty, and service is LITERALLY non-existent. Tons of other kosher sushi options in the area.

Potentially the best sushi spot in Crown Heights. Always a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy some spicy tuna rolls or dumplings. Main issue would be a lack of space. When it’s busy, it’s impossible to find a spot. It would be great to see them expand the business and add more seating or move to a bigger location. Regardless, a place that needs to be visited if you are a fan of kosher sushi and kosher Asian cuisine.

Food was delicious and in good portions. The restaurant service was great and the cashier was patient, as I asked about 3about the different types of rolls. As for the atmosphere, the tables and floor needed to be clean, I did not dine in and it was terribly dirty. Just not appealing to dine in
