Empire Blvd Guest House — Hotel in New York

I stayed at this property for 6 nights, the mattress was bad and disgusting as seen in the picture attached. I did not have a good night rest. I asked for a replacement and did not get it until a day before I checked out, however, the new mattress did not fit the base as seen in the picture attached.|In addition, someone entered my room and attempted to open my luggage while I was away. I reported it to the care taker and asked to look at the video camera but I was told that the owner of the property will not allow it...seriously?|I requested for a late checkout at about 4pm which was declined initially. I had to explain about the mattress before I was granted a late...

This hotel have no (sign) and no front desk. And obviously no phone number to call about reservation. Also someone put a reservation under my name, in its wasn't me but they couldn't refund me...

DO NOT GO HERE THIS IS NOT A HOTEL VERY BAD PAY EXTRA...
