Everything is great. Yes free delivery is slow often. People need to understand that free delivery means only company delivery guys can deliver. They have 2 delivery guys and I am one of them. If 50 people order and 2 or 3 guys deliver at a time than what do you expect. People are complaining about free delivery. Did you guys know that Prime provides Uber Eats, and Door Dash? There is a fee, but only one guy is in charge of each order. Also, when customers don't answer the phone or have money prepared they are delaying the delivery guys. Paying with cc or exact change with tip is preferred. Stalling a delivery guy is putting him at risk to get robbed. Just the other day a guy went out of his car to rob someone with a gun locally. By the way, tips are appreciated. Did you know that delivery guys have to own their own vehicle and pay 100% for all maintenance? They risk their lives in this weather. I had to beg to get something else instead without getting back into the line. At the end, they made two out of three dishes and I had to go back to the counter and stand over them to get the rest of the order while my food was getting cold. Bad attitude from the line cooks did not help. The manager was so high, I was surprised he could talk at all, but he was incoherent. And after they served us what was not our original order, they managed to mix up the sides and served them wrong. Oh, and the place is filthy. I put down my cell phone on the table only to get into grease, and then ran around this filthy joint looking for napkins. Made an order online waited an hour no delivery so I called and asked about my order the girl told me that it had left I asked her to make sure she said yes she saw the delivery guy take it and you should have it shortly. After an hour and a half I called again she said 1 min let me call the delivery guy. she thought she put me on hold and had a conversation with a friend on the phone for about 5-6 min I could hear everything. Then she comes back and said 1 min let me call the delivery guy. After a few min she gets on the phone and tells me that the order was never made. I was like are you kidding me I called 30 min ago and you told me it had left. She was like I could make it now for you I said this is Unexpectable she just hung up the phone.
