Absolutely unprofessional employees of the salon. They disrespect their customers. They always speak their own language while discussing their clients. I was a regular customer of Yumi every 2 weeks she made me acrylic nails for what I was paying and besides that I left a good tip. But she began to do her job worse and worse, and when after a few days of her job the nail fell, I returned so that she could correct her mistake. But she angrily discussed me with her manager in the presence of other salon employees and clients and then told me that I no longer came to them in the salon. I've never seen anything like that so boorishly treated customers who bring them money. I would never return to a salon where absolutely no respect for customers. As long as you give them money, they smile at you and call you honey, but you should make them notice that you will be kicked out. Read morePedicure was really basic, didn't even put a top or base coat and no massage. Didn't guide me to look for colors, but gave me books assuming I wanted gel and realized later I said no gel. When I went to pick a color, I heard the owner talking about me saying I "had all this time to look at the book" (they were talking about me while simultaneously talking to me in our langauge; rudeness knows no bounds truly). I finally picked out a color, but the jar was apparently empty so I had to get up from pedicure chair and get another one. The owner also looked so annoyed at having to do my nails when I asked if I can get a marble effect. I just decided to leave instead after paying for my pedicure.
