Bagelicious — Restaurant in New York

The staff was rude, they charged me $7 for a bagel with chicken salad with lettuce it had more lettuce than chicken salad in the meantime there was hardly any of either .I literally had to take the bottom half of the bagel and throw it away so it wasn't all bread and a miniscule portion of luttuce .you would think they are giving you chunks of gold. This place is a total rip-off!!!! This is the type of place that takes advantage knowing that you're out at 2 in the morning and want a sandwich and there's nowhere else to go. Beyond unprofessional!! So I called and made an order for delivery. Clearly it’s my first meal of the day and I’m anxiously awaiting my breakfast.... after an hour of standing by the phone and door I call back and ask if my order left, or maybe if it’s more convenient for me to pick it up( because I always order from them and know they can get busy) can you believe they had the audacity to lie and say “we were outside and called me serveral times, you didn’t give your apartment number and what was your order again”. I can’t belive it!...

When they get the order correct, it’s great. HOWEVER, there is always that 50/50 chance that you will get your order incorrect or missing item(s). It has happened more than 2x where we ordered a simple egg and cheese WITHOUT bacon, and we receive it with bacon. It would be understandable if we order it with bacon and they forgot the bacon because they are rushing. Instead, we order something that requires one less step.
