10/10 EXCELLENT service! I recently moved to the bath beach area and was looking for a new nail salon. I came to B&P to get a gel manicure, regular pedicure, and eyebrow wax. With a design on two fingers, I paid $64 total ($23 for reg pedicure, $33 for gel mani w/ design, and $8 for eyebrow wax). That’s nearly $17 less than what I used to pay at the nail salon I frequented in Bay Ridge for over 10 years!! The woman, Ling, who did my pedicure and started my manicure, was extremely gently and receptive to all of my questions. The gentleman, Pin, applied the design after the initial manicure was done by Ling and he was so attentive! He was able to replicate a design that I had chosen from Pinterest and combined designs from two different reference photos. He was even kind enough to redo the design when the first few tries weren’t to his liking and asked if I was satisfied. They’ve gained a long time customer out of myself and my family. Very, very pleased. Would definitely recommend for anyone who lives...

This is my 2nd time coming to the nail salon for a pedicure and by far the worst nail salon I have ever been! I was giving it the benefit of the doubt and tried the 2nd time because it is close to home, but NEVER again will I be going back. It was the same!

Sevice is horrible from beginning of the pedi process to the end. Worst experience! I asked the if they would be filing, but she claimed it was too short. My toe nails are short, but not that short that they can’t be filed. This was never had an issue in other places. They file to shape the nail. They didn’t even use base coat prior to polishing. Everything about the experience was poor, not sure if their manicure...

First time i did UV gel i had beautiful pink nail polish and next day top coat developed cracks so my pink had weird lines all over… So today i went for UV gel again and got dark color to avoid those cracks. However, they charged me 84$ instead of listed 65$ because they do not know how to remove Russian gel manicure. She literally tortured me for 2 hours. The only reason I went there is because it’s close to my work and i can get my nails done over the lunch. But yeah never going back again :)))))oh yes and not to sound any kind of way but you cannot explain or argue cause they barely speak english or they play so. Nice job loosing...
