I too have other custom boots. I really like the Der Dau Company. They have a history of family and craftsmanship in New York. The measuring instructions and foot box mold they sent is so good. The leather is soft and upon Joseph's suggestion of rubbing warm water and wearing them till dry a few times really makes them look and feel very custom. Thanks!...
