Had a really good experience here the other day. I had gone to Aaron's first, but they had a notice up saying to call the posted number and they could bring you out whatever you needed. However, since I was not sure what I wanted yet and was looking to try out a few different chairs and comparison shop, it didn't make sense for me to buy there. From there, I looked up nearby places and found E Chairs Inc. I explained my situation to Alfred over the phone and and he was able to set me up with an empty showroom with lots of options to choose from. He showed me a few desk chair options across a variety of price ranges and he went over some of the differences and how to use/configure them for different body shapes/sizes. Then Alfred left me for a few minutes to try them for myself and make my mind up. I wound up favoring one of the ones he showed me without a price tag and I was bracing myself for impact, but it turned out to be less expensive than some of the other chairs I had tried out. Overall, there were a lot of options and it felt like a very low-pressure environment for me to make my mind up in. Even the check out was contact free as Alfred was able to email me the bill and I paid it in under a minute on the spot with my phone.

Tl;DR Lots of options across price ranges, pressure free experience. Friendly service, and in-and-out in under 30 minutes without knowing ahead of time what I wanted....

My experience with E Chairs NYC was great! I've been looking around for a chair for over a month because my past chair encouraged poor posture which resulted in wrist pain and transitioning into neck and back pain as well. I purchased the Herman Miller size B with Posture Fit and just sitting on it and adjusting the settings it helped encourage to more ergonomic posture. The chair was redone to a point where it felt and looked new.

The thing that makes E Chairs different from other sellers though in my opinion is the way they care about their craft. Alfred showed us where their workplace to show that they really handcare for the products they sell not just the Herman Miller chairs although I believe it's what they specialize in.

Another thing that stood out the most is the way they let me make sure that I'm satisfied with my purchase by teaching me the features of the chair and letting me have a test drive. Alfred worked with me patiently to help me know if I made the right decision. With all that being said I'm very satisfied with my purchase and was also offered a great price off the bat that I didn't even contest. I'll be recommending this place to people that are looking to buy...
