J&D Iron Works — Local services in New York

Working with this ironwork company was a frustrating experience. While they eventually completed the job and fixed several issues along the way, the overall process was riddled with problems. Communication was poor, and they were generally difficult to work with.

Most disappointing was the lack of attention to detail. There are several sloppy finishes that stand out as real eyesores—things that should have easily been caught and corrected with a bit more care. On top of that, they left trash behind at my home, including half a bag of concrete just sitting in the yard. Even worse, they somehow managed to clog our toilet during the job we had to have 3 plumbers come to fix the clog.
