Echod Graphics Inc. — Local services in New York

So, I started using Echod Graphics years ago. And at the beginning everything was fine… BUT, 3 years ago something happened, and these guys totally lost control over their printing process. There hasn’t been a single job (no hyperbole here), not a single one, that I don’t have to call back and get a reprint two or three times.

It seems that these people have one guy printing the jobs, and zero Quality Control personnel checking what that guy is doing.

I’m just going through another angry client that is not getting his job done on time since I have had to get his sign reprinted by Echod twice now… its ridiculous.

This sign in question was poorly packages, and the corners got destroyed. Then the art was not centered correctly, and there were chips on the ink. I just got the reprint, 10 minutes ago, and the corners are fine, just the artwork still not centered properly, and one side is printed with the colors correctly, but the other side is Dark as if their printer person modified the file for some insane reason… I do not wish to think this is done out of spite, but I’m not ruling anything out at this point. Whatever the case is, these people can’t print for the life of them.

They might benefit having a permanent Quality Control person living with the Printer guy just to make sure one art… at least one, comes our correctly.

I’ve held this review for years. But I cannot do this anymore. I have to warn others so they don’t lose their clients this way. This is insane.

Very disappointed.

The banner was never delivered because, despite my clear instructions to provide the shipping company with the church’s name and phone number of the person who would be receiving it, the company used different information. As a result, the banner was sent to the wrong person or location and is still missing.

Our experience with this company was frustrating from the beginning. I submitted a quote request through their website and received no response. We had to call them directly, and only then did they locate our email. Their outdated website is also difficult to use.

Although their pricing is lower than some competitors, I absolutely would not recommend them. We only used this company because it was recommended by the parade organizer, but we will not be...

Ordered a stretched 'canvas' as a test for using them to produce prints to drop ship. The only positive is that it was sent and delivered when promised, but: no tracking number ever sent in spite of 4 requests. I cannot get paid without proof it has been sent, and I can't even prove it was received. It came not on canvas but on vinyl simulated to look like canvas. It smells like vinyl and, though printed OK, has a cheap and unacceptable look for art.

False description of product (not canvas) and COMPLETE absence of any customer support make this company unacceptable for anyone wanting to have art reproductions made.

Perhaps they are OK for signs, but that isn't what...
