I ordered some ribeye from these people. It took about 4 days to arrive (not from date of order). By the time it did arrive, there was a noticeable foul smell even before opening the box. The meat was warm and clearly spoiled, and the rancid smell filled the room quite quickly. I email these people asking for a refund because I've ordered from them before and had no issues and they give me the rundown on how they fill the box with dry ice and ensure meat is done in the best process. Then the person told me that it was NOT spoiled. As if what I'm seeing and smelling isnt real. Terrible customer service. I will never be ordering from them again. My advice: if there is a chance that meat is going to spoil with the most economical option to certain locations and you know you have issues with it, maybe you shouldn't allow it as a delivery option to avoid this with customers in the future. ESPECIALLY if you aren't going to give refunds for spoiled meat and saying you're never responsible for it. Total joke. There are other halal meat companies.
UPDATE: This is an update to the owner's absolutely condescending and pathetic response. Firstly, this is the most unprofessional response I've ever seen from a business on Google Reviews or really anywhere. They can't accept the feedback as genuine? So the accusation is that I'm lying about the order and just faking to get some extra meat.
Firstly, I did originally request a refund or resending of order. But I'd have been begrudgingly okay with some kind of apology and explanation of their policy that they don't resend or refund orders because of their stupid mediocre shipping procedure which they certainly need to improve. They never apologized. From the get go they have deflected to blame me and maintained that they had no wrong in their procedure. Now they're saying that its "impossible" to get spoiled. Thats absolutely nonsense, especially if something wasn't done properly which is exactly what happened in this case.
Finally, this is supposed to be a halal business. You'd think if anyone should have exceptional etiquette and manners when dealing with customers, it'd be Muslims. This is a halal meat business. This exchange has been totally contentious from the beginning, totally instigated by them (Or to them, maybe instigated by me for asking for a refund. I mean, the gall, right?)
You can even see it from their other responses to customers. Just total poisonous responses and poor behavior. I'm hoping this helps steer people away from this business but I'll certainly be pushing this to more social media SOLEY due to their...

I am a huge fan of Beef Franks. My wife and I decided to eat strictly Zabiha Halal a few years ago and I thought I would have to give up of Hot Dogs. Alhamdulillah, some friends who know me very well would bring me some cooked hot dogs when they visit from Chicago or California. Then a good friend of mine suggested Emir Halal to me. And I placed my first order on Monday, and I had supreme grade Hot Dogs today for Supper (Thursday). They are delivery only and I would pick faster options for Western States, we live on Long Island so the cheapest option was ok for us. The parcel came packed in styrofoam stuffed with ice packs. The Hot dogs...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered meat to be delivered, paid almost $200 for it. They originally shipped it to the incorrect address, adding an additional day to the delivery time. By the time the meat was received, the meat was warm to the touch and had a pungent smell. I called multiple times and reached out via email, no response and no reconciliation for the issue. Poor customer service and lack of concern for quality standards. Finding quality halal meat is already a challenge, but then add being ignored and delivered a bad product definitely leaves...
