Los Primos Chimichurris — Restaurant in New York

Arrived around 9:15pm and the truck wasn’t around until shortly after 9:30pm. You can call them ahead of time even before they’re there to place your order. They also had no menu displayed so I showed them a picture of what I wanted that I had already seen they made. They charged me $25 for my order. I thought it was pricey. I definitely think this food truck is overpriced and overhyped. I’d gladly pay $25 for this plate had I been sitting down at a restaurant. I asked for tostones and they gave me maduros. Im not sure if Im the only person who had this experience, but the guys in the truck were so incredibly rude to me and my boyfriend. It was obviously due to the fact that we are not Hispanic/Latino as they were kind and friendly to everyone else who spoke Spanish. It’s really sad because I was really looking forward to this place. The food was okay but not worth the unwarranted hostility. The soup was lacking salt and they got my order wrong but it was clearly because they did not really care.
