Horrible customer service. My mother and I shopped in there. The cashiers machine could not print the receipt so the so called manager told her to come to her register and she could not give my mother a receipt. The lady behind me asked if you can get cash back the manager says no cash back on credit cards but yes for debit cards and the sign says no cash back meaning no cash back at all. So I swipe my debit card and the manager says I can't give you cash back but I will give it to you anyway. I called to speak to the manager and come to find out the girl was the manager and gets smart with me and tried to get smart before I left. I left it alone at first but I called back.    Read moreThis location is awful. This store is supposed to open by 8 a.m. on weekdays, yet itâs never opened by then, with no explanation. This morning, a group of people, including a mother and baby, waited 30 minutes before leaving. And the store still had not opened. The associates have terrible attitudes, especially the cashiers. It always amazes me how certain ppl expect to be respected and courtesy shown, yet have a hard time showing it....
Read moreThe manger Marlene's attitude was very uninviting. Attempted pleasantries towards her to request help and her response was unprofessional. Sorry to ask you for the price. Today was some outdoor product event and you think assistance to the customer was the focus. The cashier Donald was very nice and helpful. This is one of the local stores in my community. Hoping for greater. Shame on you Family Dollar for selecting horrible management. Hey, give Donald or the other short Spanish Guy a chance on management. Thanks...
