First friends Daycare has got to be the worst daycare i have ever experienced! In my ten years of dealing with children and daycares. I decided to have my 1 year old & 6 year old for after school in their care. Since the very first day i felt uncomfortable! They don't allow you too even go inside the daycare when its time for pickup. They open the door slightly and say " they're coming" then shut the door in your face. Its so rude considering they have MY children inside!
One woman named manisha (idk if Thats the correct spelling) said MANY rude comments to me about my children & as a mother i dont appreciate certain things being said such as, we dont want to watch children we arent getting paid for. And when you try to speak with the director ms Liz she happens to not be available. Very unprofessional!
Ms liz, sends her young employees too do her dirty work and when i brought things to her attention that i felt uncomfortable with she tried to blame me since i stood home with my daughter before palcing her in daycare, so apparently, it was my fault that i was uncomfortable because i couldn't make the adjustment which wasnt the case. It has been 3 weeks and nothing but a headache!!!!!! Im so sick of first friends daycare. Never will i send a child there or a parent there. If youre considering this daycare dont let the directors outgoing personality fool you. They are rude and don't deserve to be in business!!!!
Good luck to ANY parent putting their children in this daycare.
Additionally, both my children were always hungry and extremely thirsty when i picked them up.
A week or so later and im still upset that i even tolerated such disrespectful behavior and even had my children deal with their nonesense. Please parents DON'T put your children...
Read moreThis has to be the safest place for kids. The love shown by the ladies at this daycare has me longing for the childhood I never had.
I grew up homeless and in shelters usually a different neighborhood every month. I was in foster homes until I turned 18 and I got kicked out to the street and had to grow up real quick. It's a miracle I'm alive, I think sometimes.
Years went by I struggled, then eventually taking every test payed off, I got a decent job for the city at the Department of Sanitation. Now I have 2 wonderful daughters and a handsome son with my lovely wife. We moved to Ozone Park because of the large amount of kids and the family atmosphere. Coming here from Brownsville was hard I no longer had the mother inlaw to help us with the kids. We asked at my daughters school and we're blessed enough to get the number for First Friends Daycare. Ms Liz is such a wonderful loving mom and takes great care of my kids.
The first few days my youngest daughter and son cried every morning. One day my daughter had a bump from falling down on the play gym and I found myself questioning our choice. My wife thought about leaving work and staying home, that would have made money tight. I know for a fact kids fall all the time so that didn't bother me so much.
One day like a switch went on, my son stopped crying, two days later my daughter stopped crying. That was 6 months ago and yesterday both of them started whining when we picked them up. Now they don't want to leave and go home, go...

She’s my first child, and I was filled with all the worries and uncertainties that come with new motherhood. But from the very beginning first friends wrapped us both in warmth, reassurance, and love.
Now, nearly four years later, my daughter is thriving confident, curious, and full of joy. And I can say without hesitation that this place has become so much more than childcare. They’ve become part of our family. They’ve been there for every milestone her first steps, first words, and countless moments in between. Their patience, consistency, and genuine affection have helped shape my daughter into the amazing little person she is today. They didn’t just watch her grow they helped her grow.
I’ve watched her form deep bonds with her teachers and friends, and I’ve felt the comfort of knowing she’s in a place where she’s truly seen and loved. For any parent especially a first time one there’s no greater gift. If you’re looking for a daycare that treats your child like their own, this is it. I’m endlessly grateful for the role they’ve played in our...
