Jing Wah — Restaurant in New York

The food is what to expect for an ordinary Chinese food restaurant, it’s good enough, but the service is beyond despicable and unsatisfactory. I ordered a delivery over the phone and the way in which a woman answered was completely unacceptable for someone in such a business. She raised her voice continuously and took my order in an angry voice; she repeatedly asked in a passive-aggressive tone “is that all?” as if to end the call immediately. At one point I almost said “miss there is no reason for you to speak to me like that” but kept my cool. Moved in the area not that long ago and it took me a while to fine a good Chinese food spot. Now that I found this spot I am sticking to it. There food is good the wait is not that long and they are very nice every time I go in person or call. Everyone that I have recommended this spot to has stuck to it. I even have family members who travel out here from Brooklyn just to order....
