So it’s Saturday, 9:10PM Oct 18th and I wanted to get some boba. I order a Thai Milk Tea w the pearls. I swear i hate complaining for things especially at restaurants but I felt like I had to bring this issue to the employees attention. I get my drink and the boba is hard, quite literally wasn’t cooked thru and was not soft at all, I was spitting the bobas out as soon as I left the cafe, although the drink itself was sweet and balanced. I go back inside and try to quietly tell the young asian looking girl who’s on register that the boba is hard to not embarrass her in front of the customers that were already seated. I said hey would you mind if I could get this drink with another topping because the boba is hard /not cooked properly, I literally cannot chew it. I told her she can empty the remaining of the ice and drink into a new cup without the hard boba and instead put the mango stars to compensate for the hard boba. She said “okay lemme ask”, which I guess was the other young girl who was her co worker on shift. And she came back with a new cup, and it was quite literally just the remaining ice and the drink, with NO TOPPING that I did originally pay for. I would not be writing this review if she just put the damn stars in my cup like I asked and stopped acting like it’s coming out of her pockets. If this is their customer service on the regular I would not recommend coming here for boba. 🤦‍♂️ or just get employees with common sense and good customer service 🤷‍♂️ I HATE writing bad reviews so if I’m writing one that’s how you know it actually did mess up my day. The managers need to retrain these baristas. Because i basically paid 7.84 for a cup with ice and some mid Thai milk tea....
