The Local Press — Restaurant in New York

This is by far the best restaurant in the area by a landslide. It’s a regular for my girlfriend and I and we are never disappointed. Service is awesome and they are all super friendly. The food will blow you away. They used to have garlic bread as an appetizer on their menu but I believe they still serve it and its pure garlicky deliciousness.

Their fried chicken sandwich is by far one of my favorites and I have had fried chicken sandwiches from many many places. The chicken is super crispy and flavorful. It has that crumbly batter that is very well applied and creates those delicious nuggets of batter all throughout. The chicken is juicy and very flavorful. We swap out the spicy mayo for chipotle mayo; so much better.

Their chicken and waffles with honey butter is to die for. It is pure delicious and my personal go to.

I am so happy I found this place. I can’t believe it isn’t more popular and packed out the door every day. And to top it off their prices are ridiculously low. I would easily pay 50% anywhere else and still not get this quality. This...

I finally discovered this place a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a burger and fries to go not expecting anything spectacular but i was in for a pleasant surprise. The loaded fries are awesome and I can’t remember the time I had a better burger. Ozone Park had very few options for good American food and that is a sin being a local my entire life. The neighborhood is not known for good food but this place puts us back on the map! I went back a few times already including last night with my family. I had a feeling everyone was going to love it as much as I did. We always order the guacamole with chips. It is the best guacamole I have had. By far the best even in comparison to homemade which I usually prefer. The kids got chicken fingers and fries that the chef prepared for us. The burgers did not disappoint and we ended up saving room for Churros for dessert. My advice… save room for the churros! Service is above and beyond. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Ordered 2 turkey burgers and two beef burgers. One medium rare and one well done. Order was for pick up. Got home, started to eat the mid-rare burger and I noticed it was bright pink and the temperature was off. I broke it in half and it was raw and cold. I called the restaurant and he said to bring it back.

Got to the restaurant then had the audacity to tell me “medium rare is supposed to be RAW.” What? You could literally smell the ground beef wasn’t cooked.

Got a call while talking to the guy and someone’s turkey burger was burnt! Showed him a picture and he said that’s how it’s supposed to be cooked. What?! It was burnt and the person said it tasted like a dirty grill. They said I’d have to pay to remake the burgers. Ridiculous.

The audacity- he said I ate half the burger and wanted to get a free meal. I took a bite and then spilt it down the middle and then split the raw patty to show them.
