Flatbush Flaming Grill — Local services in New York

This store is in the area of my house. It’s a nice store usually good customer service. The guy that’s usually here is nice and friendly. Today it was a different guy horrible attitude. I went to buy lotto he was on his phone and seem already irritated. I asked him for a scratch off he is like which one I proceeded to tell him but the top part of the scratch off was covered. So I told him it say cash on the bottom left he is like I have a million cash screaming talking with an attitude. I’m telling him it’s covered. He’s getting mad instead of looking where I directed him. Screaming calling me slow. It’s the first day of 2024 be grateful you woke up won’t be returning. The Lightskin man that is bald with the glasses has a very bad attitude. I ordered wings and fries. The food is usually good but his attitude is not it. I had this heavy bag of laundry stuff and the store was practically empty. Nobody was there and he proceeded to tell me to pick up my bag and move it out the way, and I tell him there’s nobody in the way so I don’t feel the need to move he proceeds to argue with me and says that he won’t give me any more service. I even ask one of his coworkers if I’m in the way and his coworkers said no bad attitude feels entitled...

The food is so good. The staff is very nice, very friendly. My only problem is with the man who works the grill in the morning, he rushes through things, he doesn’t listen to what you tell him, the only time the food was good in the morning is when the girl is there.
