What a wonderful bouquet for my birthday! Delivery was patient and so incredibly kind, I didn’t pick up my phone for a few rings and he waited to give me my birthday flowers. Such a wonderful surprise and beautiful bouquet and I can’t wait to come back for all of my gorgeous flower arrangements!

Ordered my friend a deluxe fruit basket what was delivered was 1/4 size basket arranged in haphazard way by a toddler. It did not remotely resemble online version. Literally nothing- maybe 2 dollars of fruit for 100$ i paid. Shams on you for being dishonest and deceiptful

Thank you, Floral Fantasy, for ruining the surprise Valentine's Day delivery of the bouquet I ordered for my wife when you SENT HER THE RECEIPT TWO DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY! Holy cow! Who does that? Temporarily in Brooklyn, she was 1200 miles away from me on the day of love, caring for a family member after surgery. The flowers were beautiful - that part was fine. But I learned after my wife came home that, for some reason known only to your business, you decided to text HER the receipt. During my phone conversation with your business I made it clear that this was a surprise, not just for her, but I ordered a second bouquet for the surgery patient's wife as well since he couldn't go out for anything due to his condition. Even if it wasn't a surprise, why would you ever send the receipt to the person getting the gift? That's just sloppiness and unacceptable. When you asked for her phone number, you said it was in case the delivery person needed to call to get in a building, etc. You never indicated you were going to text her anything about the surprise. ...

Floral Fantasy is not customer friendly. I ordered flowers for my son. The flowers were delivered on 3/17. It was communicated to me that a teddy bear was missing. I called 1800flowers to let them know. The florist came on 3/18 and took the flowers back. The man was very rude, he claims that he wasn't paid for a service and that he feels like he was " being gotten over on". I paid for a service, he is very rude. I paid the 1800flowers, how dare he go to the recipients house and take something back. Then he had the nerve to say "it's like when u do a return". He was very nasty. I would never recommend them as a Florist, to customer service or anything to deal...

I am taken aback that the driver called me and asked for a tip. I do not live there, and he responded that he would ask the recipient of the flowers for a tip.

If the driver expects a tip then please place that aspect into the website order. The recipient of the flowers should not be tipping. That is inappropriate and not the point of a gift. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from you again.

3 stars for the pretty flowers but the delivery experience...
