1/16/2020 on Jan 15, 2020 we went to 3rd and seven, its now 15 minutes waitress went back and forth to the kitchen to pick up orders never acknowledged us,she then went in the closet and got her jacket and left, I asked someone in the kitchen if there was a waitress working, they said they will let them know,finally a waitress came to us, we placed our order, when it arrived the hamburgers were all pink inside,we ordered well done,we told the waitress and she was surprised and offered to take the hamburger and put it back on the grill, which I believe is a health code violation,by this time i was completely turned off, in the end she never offered to compensate us in any way and charged regular price, this is not how a business should be run, we are completely turned off on this place,it lacks professionalism this is not how a business should be run, sorry to say, the staff is desperately in need...
Read moreWhen The Crew gets together, we like to have fun and joke around. So glad I found this little gem while running an errand with my wife. This place has a nice selection of eats and great drinks. The waitress we had was funny and patient. Sport games were playing on the TV sets in the place. Best of all: the place is conveniently located in Brooklyn. So have to visit this place again. The Third & Seven burger, steak and chicken were the highlights. Carrot cake was the best I've ever had.. And the drinks come in jar mugs...

Lost a star for nickel and diming, extra 75 cents for each sauce that is part of a meal, $2 extra for substituting type of fries, credit card extra charge, COVId extra charge, they get you every which way. I feel like I am in a bad takeout place when I am nickel and dimed, not fine dining quality.
