Was very happy to see a new sushi place in the area until I noticed that they completely ripped off a long time sushi restaurant in the area.
It looks like Cento Uno copied the menu roll for roll, while just changing the names of the rolls.
For example, the "king crab roll" from That Sushi Spot (made with Kani) has the same ingredients as the "King Tuna Roll" from cento uno. Like come on, it doesn't even have tuna. Almost all the rolls are direct ripoffs, it's obvious they copied the menu.
I personally appreciate having a variety of stores to choose from, but it bothers me when people are too lazy to do the work.
Personally, I'll stick with the original.
