On 9/25/23 I purchased SEVERAL Jordan's with this footlocker one in which I ordered to be shipped at this store location. On 10/1/23 I went to footlocker and they close at 7pm.. I arrived at 6:58pm granted they just let a group of folks out the door one minute before I arrived and very well was prepping for closure of the store. What was very distasteful, disgusting, and disrespectful as I also had my three children with me, they seen me at the door, ALL LOOKED AT ME, one turned their back to me walking backwards while laughing so he does not have to "look my way", while the others chimes in laughing. One young girl looking at me and laughing and NO ONE OF THE FOUR EMPLOYEES ATTEMPTED to acknowledge me. Not one of the employees came to the door to even say, "Hi Miss we're closed" or anything just even to see what I wanted and was STANDING THERE FOR 15mins BEFORE THEY WALKED OUT OF THE STORE FOR. Which all I needed was to pick up a damn package. "Ray Richardson" if that's even his name claims to be the manager and when I asked for his supervisor he claimed to not be able to give me that information. This type of customer service is inexcusable! Horrible! And if this is who is in charge, he is not doing quite a good job! Read moreWorst customer service! The manager there needs to be re-trained! First brings me the wrong pair of sneaker I asked for. 2nd; I asked her for two different sizes, 6 and 6 and a half. She came back with just one pair and tell me she got both sizes but she got me just the 6 and half. Ok fine, after trying the pair she decided to bring me, I wait to ask for the other pair to try on. Another associate tells me they don't have it! what??! The manager just told me you guys do! Watta he'll! So I stand on the line for a while, after waiting a long time, the manager comes, "may I help next guest" I was the next guest, I put my stuff on the counter and she leaves to take care of another customer that jumped in front, and asked for a change of shoe cz it was stained!! His name starts with a R - that’s all I remember and he was VERY patient with me with my purchase. He’s probably the only one that should run that store because he was extremely helpful. The store doesn’t need the rest of them. I only gave 4 stars just for him.
