Panera Bread — Restaurant in New York

Talk to a woman named Gloria and the manager that whoever is on today. October 29th, we are a bunch of nurses that puts in a order. The guy picked it up and it's not our right order. Nothing we ordered properly. We told the manager we still have all the food untouched. It's not our order, but because she doesn't have a right order number or the right name on it. She can't do anything with it even though we're giving her the food back and it's not what we ordered. This is the worst Panera Bread. I've ever heard in my life. She can't replace something that they messed up. Beware, do not go to this Panera Bread are co-worker is Hispanic. And he said, when he picked up the food, it took a really long time, and they wasn't nice.It's like they're being bothered, making food.No, wonder the order was wrong.This is a big company.You would think, when you're spending your money, michael archoworker said they act as if they're doing us a favor cuz they're making our food and handing it to us very rude.I'm a nurse.I'm very busy.I don't have time to stay on the phone for a very long time.It was a simple problem.Here's your bag of food.This isn't what we ordered.Please give us our order.They don't want to do it.They don't want to admit that...

Was there this morning for breakfast bought a couple of things among them a bagel with cream cheese. Before leaving the store checked to see of the bagel had been cut in half realized it wasn't, I asked my mother to please go an ask them to cut the bagel she did so politely and received so much attitude from Melanie ( I assume she is someone from the management team because she was wearing a different color shirt from the rest of the employees and was not wearing a hat or net while preparing food) she yelled at both me and my mother that she could not toast the bagel after it had been past her side of the counter, which we never asked for it to be toasted just cut in half. Melanie has horrible customer service and as a paying customer no one should be treated like that. There were also 4 other employees behind the counter who witnessed the entire transgression DO NOT RECOMMEND not only did she yell at my mother in english she also disrespected her and yelled at her in spanish which is totally uncalled for since my mother speaks English the worst $38 ever spent at a dinning...

We were really disappointed by our visit last night to this Panera location. Sadly, an employee named Yavalieth gave us an incredibly hard time and made it a miserable dining experience. Not only was she surly and unprofessional but she rudely snapped at us, claiming there are NO substitutions for the Southwest Chile Chicken Salad. Whenever we go to other Paneras we are able to swap the chicken for a hard-boiled egg. When she refused we asked if there would at least be a deduction in price from the 12 dollar salads (we were ordering two of these for vegetarians and it seemed unfair to have to pay for meat we were not receiving) but she snapped at us about that too. We wound up having to pay full price plus EXTRA money for the eggs in these salads. Not sure why we were being penalized and scolded at for our dietary restrictions but for a meal that wound up costing $50 we deserved better treatment. May be the last time we come in here...at least until management gets their...
