Had a very strange and rude experience here the other day on my son’s birthday. We came for a late lunch/ early dinner, and it was busy but not crazy packed. It was busy enough to show that the food must be good, which it was, but the service…very weird. We sat down and no one approached us for over 5 minutes despite making eye contact and seeing the waitress just aimlessly walking around. We were starving, so my husband went up and ordered for DINE IN. There was a lot of bugs on the window, like A LOT of tiny black gnats or fruit flies, so we moved. When we moved to a new table, a young waitress approached our table and asked if we needed waitress service, so we said we placed an order at the front already so we weren’t sure? (Said in a questioning voice). All she said was “okay”, and walked away. Our food took forever to come out, as I’m hungrily staring around, I see that same waitress bringing little baskets of bread to other people’s tables, and I’m sitting there wondering if there is complimentary bread given? She did not come to our table once and when we tried to wave her over to ask about the bread, she either didn’t see or she ignored us. We started to feel like she thought we weren’t going to tip, so she didn’t care to tend to our table. She definitely had that young “I know everything”sassy attitude to her. After 30 mins, our calamari arrives on PLATES(since we ordered dine in obviously..) and I didn’t bother asking about the bread by that point. The calamari was good, the mozzarella sticks were good but very salty. We finished our appetizers, and close to 20 mins goes by; we still didn’t receive our pizza. My husband finds the chance to wave down the waitress to ask if she can check on our pizza. She comes back with the pizza in the box and says “Sooo next time, you have to check on your pizza at the front because we don’t call names of to-go orders”, to which my husband showed her on the receipt that we ordered the pizza for DINE-IN(idk how it wasn’t obvious we ordered dine-in for the pizza since our appetizers were served on plates). She then back tracked and said she could bring the pizza on the pizza plate, but to us it was fine we had a box because we would be taking whatever pizza we didn’t finish in a pizza box anyway. We ordered a soda which tasted really good, I think they add extra cola syrup or something because it was very good Diet Coke, and we left a good tip. The Margherita pizza was good, but needed more sauce to balance out the cheese. Hopefully the young waitress learns to be a more friendly waitress and doesn’t assume people won’t tip. It seemed very clear to me that the waitress had the attitude of “they’re not going to tip, so I’m not going to give them BASIC service”. I work in the service industry, so I know this attitude. An older waitress apologized for the confusion with our food right before we left, but only because I spoke to her and said the food was good. I don’t think she would have said anything if I didn’t speak to her first. Lastly, it was very hot in this restaurant, so I can only imagine how hot it was closer to where the ovens are. The staff must get so hot while working. I don’t think we will ever be back due to this weird experience.

GROSS! Apparently a chunk of wavy brown hair (about 2 inch long each) found on a mushroom slice is “normal” – according to the manager. I’ve posted the pictures of what I found in my pizza, so you can be the judge of whether or not mushrooms have hair. I’ve been a huge fan of the food here.. until today. As my usual routine, I grab mushroom slices to go. I bit into it and found a chunk of unchewable hair in my mouth. Upon closer examination, there’s way more hair stuck in the cheese to be pulled out. I called the store and asked them how this happened and they asked me to return with the slice. I wanted to give them a chance to explain themselves, so I actually drove back with the slice. It gets worse from here. The manager (male, did not get the name) was rude. He showed me his bucket of sliced mushroom (perfectly clean, no hair) and tried pointing to the brown under-side of mushroom is where the hair comes from. I told him I’ve never seen hair on white button mushrooms in my life. But he continues to stress that mushrooms have hair. He did not apologize nor did he think there were any issues. He had someone bag a new mushroom slice and told me to leave. There was zero apology and the manager was hostile and defensive the entire time. I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about the hair chunk in my mouth, and from pulling more out from my slice. I also feel disgusted with how the manager handled the situation. I will not be going back. If you don't want hair (or other non-food items) in your food, I'd also suggest not eating here.

As a fellow manager in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of excellent customer service. I wanted to share some observations from my recent visit to your establishment that might help enhance the customer experience. During my visit, I noticed that the cashier handling my transaction, Benetta, did not use basic courteous phrases such as "please" and "thank you." The interaction was limited to "$1.96" and "here you go," without a smile or any expression of friendliness. This made the experience less welcoming and professional. I believe that incorporating simple gestures, like saying "please" and "thank you" and greeting customers with a genuine smile, can significantly improve the overall customer experience. Training your staff to maintain a polite and friendly demeanor can make customers feel more comfortable and valued. Your restaurant is wonderful, and I appreciate the quality of your food and atmosphere. However, improving the customer service aspect, especially at the cashier, would enhance the overall experience. Thank you for considering this feedback!

my daughter and her friends went to this pizza place today because they were hungry from school and for their birthday party, hoping nothing goes wrong, my daughter gets an outfit malfunctions and has two ONLY TWO of her friends go inside the bathroom so that she doesn’t show her area to the customers? she has her two friends waiting outside the bathroom while one of her friends were at the seating area. please tell me why when my daughter gets out they find to this worker yelling at my daughter and her friends, CHILDREN. telling them to get out, that they aren’t welcome, that they cannot count or see. then as my child was exiting the store, this other worker decides to curse at my child? there was no need, as they were leaving the store. they were excited to get the food as they are regular customers and thanks to this horrible experience they aren’t welcome to this pizza store? this worker says and i quote “there were five of you in that bathroom when it’s a single bathroom, can you not count?” yelling at my child when there is not a sign in sight about this bathroom being a single bathroom? they say they have told my child and her friends many times it’s a single bathroom but they decide to say it after they get out? this man asked my child’s friends THREE of them what they are waiting for, and if my child went with five friends where did the non existent two friends in the bathroom go? knowing that my child was yelled at for going to a bathroom not wanting to show her AREA and not even asking my child and her friends what they were doing in the bathroom. i know now that those nice hard working workers that i visit to eat some delicious pizza is nothing but rude to children. i’m very sorry but what do yall think about this. this is not acceptable i went to go look at the other reviews about this place and i see this isn’t a one time thing about the...
