Their sign says "Eco Friendly Fulton Fulton Cleaners." They hung my white Marni skirt (first time it was cleaned) on a hanger with 2 large safety pins, which tore the fibers and put 4 holes in the waistband. When I pointed this put they got a manager or owner & she pressed the holes, which made them a little smaller, but also burned the fabric a bit leaving small brown marks. I tried to talk to her about the holes and she argued with me, scoffed at me, smirked at me, and rolled her eyes.
So, not only do they not know how to handle fabrics, but they are not interested in resolving problems. She could not have cared less.
