Ppl seem to love this shop so take my experience with a grain of salt. I’ve come one time and I’m 99% sure I won’t go again. I came with the intention to shop but only 1 item was specific. Since they didn’t have it I looked over the items I would be purchasing in basement. Apparently I came during low staffing and they only had 1 sales associate and 1 manager working. The associate informed me since they were short staffed I would have to leave basement. I asked her how I was supposed to shop if I can’t look around. She said she didn’t know it’s just their policy. So I left basement. Upon going to top floor there was only 1 couple in store also looking around. I asked the associate what was the point in making me come up if the store isn’t even full? Still no answers. I walked to front of store where I asked the manager when they would be hiring more staff so that I could shop? She wasn’t sure about my question so I explained that I was just told I couldn’t be in basement cause y’all are short staffed. She then offered me 50% off but I was already taken aback by my experience and declined. Idk about anyone else but I don’t rush my decisions when I’m spending my money. Especially on items that will be kept for a while. Cool store in my neighborhood but nothing special. Especially if I can’t just walk in and expect to PERUSE before I purchase. A big sex shop with a lot of varieties in kinks and festish stuff. The ladies working there are very attentive and nice and helpful. I came here to get an outfit for pride and got one. Most of the lingerie they have is honestly overpriced in my opinion. You can get some of the same quality stuff they have at the beauty supply store for way less than what they're asking. They try to incite you by giving you a 25% off card for your "highest priced item" but if you pick a "sale item" when honeslty nothing is marked as sale...you just see prices on the boxes.. the discount doesn't apply and you're stuck paying full price. You're probably better off buying from their online shop where I see more discounts and they actually apply to the products instead of being told you'll get a discount when you walk in the store, just for you not to get to use it at all.

This location is soooo amazing, I just wanna say that I bought something the other day to use for the Sunday before Valentine’s Day with my S.O and we enjoyed it sooooo much that I had to come back today and purchase another item. Corine is truly the best. She was soooo helpful and detailed with everything for my first time visit. Then when I came back she was accompanied by another associate named Bella and she was an absolute delight as well. I felt like I’ve known these ladies all my life. They were very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. Honestly I’m soo grateful for this location because I always wanted to try this store out but it was too far for me to go.
