Smack Burger is owned by a few, of the sons, who own the corner store at Vanderbilt and Fulton. Some of these brothers, I saw grow up in the neighborhood. Surprised to see one of them, at the cash register but he has always been respectful and a total gentleman. The place, is new, very clean, colorful and hip/fire. Let me tell you, this unassuming almost hole in the wall burger joint is SOO finger licking good. It doesn't look like anything special but the way they grill it, the proportions are perfect, the flavor is there, its not too greasy. It's just perfection.
