Customer service is deplorable to say the least. I pick out the items I want to walk to a line with no more than two customers at a given time and still wait a ridiculously long time to pay. There is a short blonde lady who every time I shop there watches me go to the line and wait and never opens a register or calls for help. I've walked out and left items at the front four times because of this. Now the workers may not care but uum GAP your lackadaisical workers are making your brand look bad! I have never been to California nor have any connections there. Thankfully the card company became suspicious and declined the payment. I was also contacted immediately.
