I was there yesterday and stood in front of the power tools for 30 min while they called 6 different times over the loud speaker for someone to come open the cage so i can select my item. After 30 minutes i was done so i waved another guy down and asked if he could help me and who can open the cage. To which he responds that the person they are paging left for the day. This was at 2pm. So the entire time they were paging someone who wasn't there. That was tough to hear. I asked if he could get a manger to which he said, " i can try but you'll be waiting another 30min". From there this employee messed with the cage enough that we were able to pull the battery out of it that i needed. through the side of the cage while destroying the box.
